Overview

A FREE walking group in Broomfield, Chelmsford. Meeting every Wednesday 9.30am at Cheerful Chai (CM1 7AH). 30/45 minute walk, approx 2K. Fairly leisurely paced, and the pace of the walk is determined by the group and is more a walk and talk activity then an intense workout. Afterwards some stay and have a coffee & chat but this is completely optional (this is part is not free purchases are made by participants) We do walk across the fields/uneven surfaces so please ensure suitable footwear is worn, it may not be suitable for some. Children and well behaved dogs on leads are welcome (please consider the temperature before deciding whether to bring your dog). Please book a space via the website www.engagefitnessservices.com if a date isn't available then there isn't a walk that day.
