Competency test is to ensure your safety on the wall, everyone who climbs with us must complete the test. The test will show us you can put on a harness, tie in and belay and will last no longer than 15 minutes. Suitable for those 14+ years.

Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age: 16+
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Relaxed and social ride on recumbent trikes - the route changes depending on riders but is generally about 5km.Ride takes place every Friday morning from 11am to 12 noon.
