A gentle instructor-led circular health walk, particularly suitable for beginners, those with health conditions, or those looking for socialisation and support. Important Information: Meet in the centre reception area. Bring a bottle of water. Wear weather appropriate clothing and suitable footwear (e.g. trainers or walking shoes). In times of extreme adverse weather, the session may be substituted for an in-centre gym-walk or activity.

Chair yoga is a fully inclusive low impact class suitable for everyone. The practice will include flexibility, strength, well being and breath work to help relieve stress. This class is perfect for those who struggle to get up and down from a mat or recovering from an injury. Ages 16+
