A 60-minute intermediate mat Pilates class designed to improve core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Enjoy a flowing, full-body workout that will challenge and energise you while helping you move with greater ease, leaving you feeling stronger, more mobile and refreshed.
A social weekly walk at 9.30am every Tuesday. We meet at the Jubilee Shelter, Hoddesdon Town Centre (opposite the Library). We walk on pavements, river paths and the park for approx 50mins at a social pace. Its a great way to keep active and meet other people. Everybody welcome, just turn up. Sessions are free.
Improve your strength and balance. The class is a mix of seated and standing exercises. All abilities welcome.

These sessions feature a short, gentle walk combined with an opportunity to socialise in a café afterward. The inclusive routes follow safe and accessible paths, such as park trails and canal paths, suitable for different fitness levels, with benches available for resting.

Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
Tai Chi is one of the most inclusive and adaptable exercises for all abilities and ages. No need for mats and cushions, exercise is standing or seated. Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing. Open to all levels. £12 per class pay as your go or £40 per month pay in advance. Every Tuesday Morning.
Specialist Seated Exercise Class designed specifically to help those living with conditions such as Arthiritis, Stroke and Parkinson's.
A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £5.00 per person
