Competency test is to ensure your safety on the wall, everyone who climbs with us must complete the test. The test will show us you can put on a harness, tie in and belay and will last no longer than 15 minutes. Suitable for those 14+ years.

Yoga means unite or join, bringing together of mind and body through our breath. Our Yoga class will begin and end with relaxation, sun salutations and various postures (asanas). Yoga is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.
Through therapeutic gardening, our general sessions provide personalised support for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or autism. Thrive Birmingham’s General Sessions programme offers tailored support in small groups of up to eight participants. Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £5.00 per person
