Join our Guided Nordic Walk around the ancient Forest. Walks are led by our team of experienced Forestry England Volunteers. Our walks are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, who have completed a NWUK Learn to Walk Course and are comfortable walking for the full 90 minutes. Low intensity circuit style class
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult, aged at least 16 years of age. The parent, guardian or responsible adult must go in the water and maintain direct control and constant watch.
