This session is held at the FDC in Bowthorpe, Norwich on a weekly basis. Sessions will take place on Pitch 2 (7 a side pitch).
What is All To Play For?
All To Play For is a weekly socially inclusive drop-in football programme for men aged 18+ struggling with poor mental health, which has made a significant and positive impact on the lives of participants.
All To Play For sessions are open to all men aged 18+ living in Norfolk, and free of charge. There are currently sessions across Norfolk, including in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Cromer, Wymondham and Kings Lynn.
No booking is necessary, you can just turn up - but if you'd like to know more, visit the Active Norfolk website.
What will you need
Trainers and a bottle of water to keep hydrated!
Who can join
The sessions are for men aged 18+, and provide support for those living with poor mental health. No previous experience is required; everyone is welcome regardless of ability.
What to expect
These socially inclusive drop in sessions are for men looking to meet new people and get more active.
At most sessions, mental health professionals and local support services are present to offer assistance and guidance for those who want to access it. If they’re not there, a member of our team will be available to direct you to the right place if you need help.
