Join us for a WALX Total Body Walking adventure at Ivinghoe Beacon, one of the most breathtaking locations in the Chiltern Hills. With panoramic views, rolling countryside and beautiful woodland, this walk offers the perfect combination of challenge, achievement and natural beauty. Starting from the free car park at Ivinghoe Beacon, we climb to the summit before following a varied route across open fields, woodland trails and scenic paths. The terrain includes steep climbs and uneven ground, making this an ideal walk for those looking to develop fitness, strength and confidence. A shorter one-hour option is also available on selected sessions. Why Total Body Walking? Using specially designed walking poles helps you involve your whole body while remaining kind to your joints. Regular sessions can help you: Improve posture, balance and core strength Increase fitness and stamina Build strength and resilience Reduce pressure on hips, knees and back Improve confidence and overall wellbeing

This walk, is in tranquil countryside with open wide-ranging vistas with some excellent panoramic views. The walk starts at the car park at Ivinghoe Beacon (which is a free car park), use this link to navigate there https://w3w.co/momentous.gilding.user . This is a challenging walk with some steep climbs. The walk starts with one loop up Ivinghoe beacon, then down a gentler slope down the other side. We then Carry on across a path through a field with wide ranging views, we then walk towards the woods. Then on to a moderate climb using steps through the woods and follow parallel to the road through the woods and back along to the carpark.
