These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest. They will be held at different locations in and around Brockenhurst. The sessions consist of moderate Nordic Walking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, core muscle strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
