Wheelchair Basketball- for all levels and abilities

Overview

A fun Wheelchair Basketball session for two hours for all ages, all abilities and disabilities and is a mixed gender session. The session is often divided up into groups depending on abilities, with some activities being done by the entire group. We usually finish off with a full court game, but hopefully everybody will be keen to participate in, having practised some useful skills in the session. Carers and friends and family are welcome to come along and join in, provided we have enough sports chairs for everyone on the day. Venue is accessible for wheelchair users with 2 disabled parking spaces marked out. The car park is usually fairly empty at the time of our session, so plenty of space for wheelchair transfer at side of vehicle.
