Designed to give you and your child time to play and learn from each other, Active Antz encourages you and your child to try a variety of activities each week. These range from exploring soft play shapes to jumping on bouncy castles, singing, crafts and much more. Wear suitable clothing but shoes are not needed. The session is supervised but it is not a led session and parents are required to take part and supervise their child.
Suitable for kids aged all the way up to 12, they can climb, clamber and explore our dedicated soft play area, having fun and getting active at the same time.
Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.
Water Wellness uses Aquatic Exercise to help ease joints, build confidence and support long-term health. All sessions are led by qualified Level 3 Aquatic Activity for Health instructors, so you’ll receive safe, tailored guidance every step of the way.

This is a Yoga session that's ideal for those new to the discipline or for those that want a session that is delivered at a more gentle pace with more explanation throughout.
A gentle walk in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest and our lovely coastline. We will walk about 2.5 miles and the pace is slower than a workout walk but faster than a Nordic Stroll.
