Exclusively for Children with SEND (Special Educational Needs or Disabilities) and their families in the comfort of our small pool. Session will have reduced numbers and music will be turned off to provide a quieter environment. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the water. Only two children aged 1 - 7 years can accompany one adult. Children under the age of 1 require one to one supervision.
Embark on a refreshing Nordic Walking journey designed for beginners and regular walkers amidst the varied hills, trees, and terrain of the park. Nordic walking uses specially designed poles (provided) and you get to work on your core muscles, upper body, balance and posture while burning more calories than in regular walking
A 60-minute intermediate mat Pilates class designed to improve core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Enjoy a flowing, full-body workout that will challenge and energise you while helping you move with greater ease, leaving you feeling stronger, more mobile and refreshed.
A social weekly walk at 9.30am every Tuesday. We meet at the Jubilee Shelter, Hoddesdon Town Centre (opposite the Library). We walk on pavements, river paths and the park for approx 50mins at a social pace. Its a great way to keep active and meet other people. Everybody welcome, just turn up. Sessions are free.
