This lane will be for customers who undertake a variety of strokes and will regularly complete 25 metres in 30-45 seconds.

A fun and invigorating instructor led all-over body work-out in the water designed to effectively burn calories with minimal impact on the body.
Suitable for kids aged all the way up to 12, they can climb, clamber and explore our dedicated soft play area, having fun and getting active at the same time.
Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.
Our coach will take you through the fundamentals of bouldering – from kitting up and wall etiquette to warming up and technique. Wear suitable comfortable clothing and climbing shoes if you have them but all equipment will be provided.
A multi-sport activity session designed specifically to enable our older customers to be active in a friendly and sociable environment.
