Sessions for adults to swim socially outdoors, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with a disability, dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions.
Gymnastics is a great way for children to increase agility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination, while having fun and interacting with other children. Gymnasts will take part in various disciplines using suitable equipment. Courses will all operate under the guidance of one of our fully-qualified coaches.
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. You will be able to exercise at your own pace in a positive environment ...
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming.
Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.
