Competency test is to ensure your safety on the wall, everyone who climbs with us must complete the test. The test will show us you can put on a harness, tie in and belay and will last no longer than 15 minutes. Suitable for those 14+ years.

Good Boost is a personalised, water-based exercise and rehabilitation programme, delivered through waterproof tablets while the participants are in the pool. The programme is suitable for non-swimmers, with sessions taking place in waist to chest-height water, making it an ideal option for those who may feel nervous about exercising or returning to physical activity.
