Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
Join a class for stroke survivors doing a variety of exercises to improve your ability in a supportive fun environment
Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end! All ages and levels of fitness welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.

Customer will spend most of their session swimming front crawl, and on average will complete 25 metres in under 30 second.
