This 90 minute class will usually follow a theme from classical yoga texts or the season we are in. We often work towards a peak posture and modifications are offered for all. There is no expectation that everyone can do everything that is offered. In all of my classes you are encouraged to listen to your body, find your own practice and not to be in "competition" with others. Wheelchair rugby league is an adaptive version of rugby league, designed for people with physical disabilities and is open to abled bodied too. It is played on indoor courts, with teams of five players who use specialised sports wheelchairs. The game combines elements of rugby league and wheelchair basketball, featuring high-intensity action, strategic play, and physical contact.
