Sessions for children aged under five in shallow water to help build their water confidence. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
A structure lane-based session for confident swimmers able to swim continuously in a lane. Fin, snorkel and paddle friendly. Swimmers must be able to swim continuously in a lane. Customer will spend most of their session swimming front crawl, and on average will complete 25 metres in under 30 second.
Sessions for everyone where floats or other equipment will be available for entertainment.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
