Community Cycle Circuit - Everybody Can’s disability and inclusive community sessions offer family-friendly activities for those who require additional support or disability friendly activities, for anyone above the age of 5. We welcome families to come and enjoy, knowing that support and appropriate equipment is available via our qualified staff team.
Good Boost is a personalised, water-based exercise and rehabilitation programme, delivered through waterproof tablets while the participants are in the pool. The programme is suitable for non-swimmers, with sessions taking place in waist to chest-height water, making it an ideal option for those who may feel nervous about exercising or returning to physical activity.
Join our friendly cycling group for a leisurely ride through local parks. Bring your own cycle or hire one from Pedal Power. Perfect if you're looking for gentle exercise, fresh air and social connection. These rides take place every Wednesday and Friday from 1-2pm.
Wheelchair Tennis Coaching is for anyone with a physical impairment or disability who would like to play tennis. There is one session per week - Saturday 1.00-2.30pm.
