Little Eagles 3-7yrs old: A fun and engaging introduction to Taekwondo for our youngest students, helping children build confidence, coordination, listening skills and basic movement through games and structured activities. Foundations Taekwondo: Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on learning the core basics of Taekwondo, including stances, blocks, kicks, discipline and confidence in a supportive environment.
Good Boost is a personalised, water-based exercise and rehabilitation programme, delivered through waterproof tablets while the participants are in the pool. The programme is suitable for non-swimmers, with sessions taking place in waist to chest-height water, making it an ideal option for those who may feel nervous about exercising or returning to physical activity.

These Walking Rugby sessions are open to all ages 18+ and all genders and abilities.
