Join our friendly, welcoming, yoga class to gently stretch the body, calm busy minds and help you unwind. Together, we will enjoy slow, mindful movement, deep breaths and a space to switch off from the outside world, leaving you feeling lighter and refreshed. Class is open to all abilities and ages, no yoga experience needed.
Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for older people to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age or ability. Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.

A more gentle walk for those with a recent medical condition that means that mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result. The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Regularly weekly walks can bring improvements. Start of the walk is at the same time as the other group. This gentle walk is for people who have been walking with poles regularly, and can manage uneven ground, fields and stiles. Please bring a drink for after the walk. No toilet facilities. Weather permitting we will be providing bacon butties from our van after the walk. This month, IF you would like to donate a couple of pounds for your bacon buttie, anything recieived will be donated to Prostate Cancer UK.
