Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.
If you are a competent climber and have completed our ropes competency check you will be able to attend our casual bouldering sessions.

A structure lane-based session for confident swimmers able to swim continuously in a lane. Fin, snorkel and paddle friendly. Swimmers must be able to swim continuously in a lane. This lane will be for customers who undertake a variety of strokes and will regularly complete 25 metres in 30-45 seconds.
