This lane will be for customers who undertake a variety of strokes and will regularly complete 25 metres in 30-45 seconds.

A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.

Our Exercise Referral scheme is a great way for people with long term health conditions to increase physical activity levels and improve health. At Everyone Active we want everyone to enjoy and maintain at least 30 minutes of physical activity, five times a week.

Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.

A turn up and play pickleball session in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Equipment is all provided but if you have your own please bring it with you.

An indoor game, similar to tennis, played with small bats and a ball bounced on a table divided by a net. Tables are available for casual hire.
