Girls Boxing & Youth Club
Pitch 2 Progress CIC
Overview
Our Girls Boxing & Baking Session is a unique programme that combines physical fitness, empowerment, and creativity in a supportive and fun environment. Led by our experienced Wellbeing Coach, the sessions blend non-contact boxing drills with baking activities, giving girls the chance to develop strength, confidence, and life skills all in one place. The boxing element focuses on building fitness, self-confidence, resilience, and self-discipline, while the baking component encourages teamwork, creativity, and practical skills that girls can use in everyday life. Throughout the session, the Wellbeing Coach also facilitates discussions around mental health, wellbeing, and positive self-expression, helping participants develop both physical and emotional resilience. This session empowers girls to take control of their bodies and minds, while also having fun, learning new skills, and forming positive friendships in a safe and inclusive environment.Club features
