Autobelay climbing is a safe, challenging activity designed to open up climbing to the general public. It's a great family activity, all routes use an auto-belay, meaning climbers just need to harness up, clip on and climb. Once you've had enough of one route, you can simply unclip and move to a different route to be clipped on again. All climbers are double clipped, one of which has a security lock that can only be unlocked by trained rescuers or individuals ensuring a safe visit.

Tag Active has the best features of an outdoor obstacle course but removes the mud! With wearable sensors and multilevel zones to test your speed and agility, Tag is an exciting and fun way for all the family to keep active. Challenge yourself or compete against others using strategy and skill to get the highest score. With 3 x 12 minute games in each 1 hour slot, are you ready to take on the Tagactive challenge?

A turn up and play pickleball session in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Equipment is all provided but if you have your own please bring it with you.

A turn up and climb session aimed to allow families (5 years upwards) to climb together in a safe, fun environment led by a qualified instructor. Wear suitable comfortable clothing and climbing shoes if you have them but all equipment will be provided or available to hire.

Relax, recover and recuperate from whatever life may throw at you and spend an hour or so in our health suite and/or sauna. These pay-as-you-go sessions are perfect if you just need the occasional treatment to help you unwind.
